In particular, neither this nor any other non-FDA-approved over-the-counter or non-prescription product, article, substance, or device should ever be used to diagnose or treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea - a potentially life-threatening disorder - unless it is under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.

Customer Orders

SnorEnder accepts orders from the USA at this time. All deliveries may be sent with return/delivery receipt required and if required, must be signed for. If no-one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left. Customers should call the shipper (USPS, UPS) to arrange a further delivery time.  You will be charged appropriate S&H.

Multiple orders to separate addresses must be ordered on a separate shopping cart order for each address. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect orders or non-delivery due to incorrect information being provided. In the event of an incorrect address or the non-authorisation of payment, we will try to contact you via email.

SnorEnder (SynComm Group, Inc.) accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express . We also accept PayPal payments for your SnorEnder through our Secure Shopping Cart system. 

Please note that we are unable to send your SnorEnder order without receiving your payment first.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery time is usually 10-15 business days to the USA and Canada.  Other regions may take longer.  At times, significantly increased demand may result in longer delivery times.  You will be notififed via email (if you have provided us with a valid, current email address; and our email to you is not deleted, marked as SPAM or otherwise blocked by you or any third party) in the event that shipment delays occur.  You may opt to cancel any order if the longer delivery times do not meet your needs.

Returns

You may return unwanted goods within the guarantee period for a 50% refund of your purchase price, less S&H, and a Return Merchandise fee. Please note, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods, you must send returns via certified delivery and return receipt required - we MUST receive the returned item to issue you a credit. Your money will be usually credited to the original credit card used to make the purchase within 45-60 days.

Our Complaint-Handling Policy

We promise that we will deal with complaints effectively and fairly.  We will handle your complaint confidentially and promptly. Our goal is to resolve complaints quickly and in a fair and responsible manner. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days and we will provide an estimated time for resolving the dispute and we will keep you notified of progress via email. 

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information they are used to store items in your Shopping Basket between visits. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our store, including placing items in your Shopping Basket and purchasing them.

Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

SynComm Group, Inc. does not generally rent, sell, lease or trade your personal information to anyone else.  However, we reserve the right to choose to do so in the future with reputable and trustworthy third parties without prior notice to you.  We may collect personal information submitted by you through this web site, by telephone, mail, email or other means when you make a purchase or request information.

Online Purchases

We use a certified, verified 256-bit or greater encryption service for online transactions through our shopping cart service at www.shop.snorender.com.  You can click on the Go Daddy icon on the home page to see our current secure shopping certificate.

When you make a purchase from the Web Site, you will be asked to provide your name, billing address, email, and credit card information.  Through third-party online payment services, we accept valid major credit cards.  If you wish to purchase our products by mail, you can send us a letter and enclose a certified US currency bank check and money order drawn on major U.S. banks or the U.S. Post Office ONLY.  We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D, or money orders not drawn on major US banks or the US Post Office.  No order will be shipped until the certified instrument has cleared the banks.

We will use such information as you provide only for processing your order and to send important product specific information such as receipt, invoice, or other pertinent information.  The information you provide will not generally be used for any other commercial purposes (except as stated on this web site).  It will not generally be otherwise forwarded to any third party, with the exception of our affiliates as needed to process your orders, send you appropriate, family-oriented new product information and distribute the goods or services that you have requested.

We generally do not share this information with anyone else, and we take reasonable care to secure and safeguard customer information, (which may include the use of anti-virus and anti-trojan software and ISP-provided multi-layered firewalls).  However, we cannot be responsible or liable for unintended or malicious loss or theft of such information by hackers, physical or technological means (break-in, computer viruses, worms, trojans, etc), war, insurrection, civil disorder or terrorist attacks, or Acts of God. 

The online shopping cart service that we use has certified that it complies with current industry standards for data protection.  Since we have no control over this, we accept no responsibility in the event that your custoer data is compromised by others.  We do not retain any customer or credit card information on any servers that we control.

SPAM

We do not send spam.  If you "receive" spam that seems to have come from us, it is because there are unethical people out there who are "spoofing" our email address.  Companies, governments, and universities everywhere are working hard to find a solution to the spam problem. We do recommend that you practice good online "hygiene" - and use suitable anti-spam, anti-virus, and firewall software.  We also recommend the use of anti-spyware products such as LavaSoft's AdAware, CCleaner, Window Washer, etc..
