Customer Orders

SnorEnder accepts orders from the USA at this time. All deliveries may be sent with return/delivery receipt required and if required, must be signed for. If no-one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left. Customers should call the shipper (USPS, UPS) to arrange a further delivery time.  You will be charged appropriate S&H.

Multiple orders to separate addresses must be ordered on a separate shopping cart order for each address. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect orders or non-delivery due to incorrect information being provided. In the event of an incorrect address or the non-authorisation of payment, we will try to contact you via email.

SnorEnder (SynComm Group, Inc.) accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express . We also accept PayPal payments for your SnorEnder through our Secure Shopping Cart system. 

Please note that we are unable to send your SnorEnder order without receiving your payment first.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery time is usually 10-15 business days to the USA and Canada.  Other regions may take longer.  At times, significantly increased demand may result in longer delivery times.  You will be notififed via email (if you have provided us with a valid, current email address; and our email to you is not deleted, marked as SPAM or otherwise blocked by you or any third party) in the event that shipment delays occur.  You may opt to cancel any order if the longer delivery times do not meet your needs.

Returns

You may return unwanted goods within the guarantee period for a 50% refund of your purchase price, less S&H, and a Return Merchandise fee. Please note, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods, you must send returns via certified delivery and return receipt required - we MUST receive the returned item to issue you a credit. Your money will be usually credited to the original credit card used to make the purchase within 45-60 days.

Our Complaint-Handling Policy

We promise that we will deal with complaints effectively and fairly.  We will handle your complaint confidentially and promptly. Our goal is to resolve complaints quickly and in a fair and responsible manner. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days and we will provide an estimated time for resolving the dispute and we will keep you notified of progress via email. 

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information they are used to store items in your Shopping Basket between visits. When you make a purchase from the Web Site, you will be asked to provide your name, billing address, email, and credit card information.  Through third-party online payment services, we accept valid major credit cards.  If you wish to purchase our products by mail, you can send us a letter and enclose a certified US currency bank check and money order drawn on major U.S. banks or the U.S. Post Office ONLY.  We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D, or money orders not drawn on major US banks or the US Post Office.  No order will be shipped until the certified instrument has cleared the banks.

When you make a purchase, you may be given an opportunity to "Opt-In" to recieve future information from us.  If you choose to opt-out, you will not receive valuable information on new products and services, and those of our growing family of affiliates.  If you do not "opt-out" when you purchase, we will assume that you do want to periodically receive such valuable information.

Sales Tax:  We do not collect sales tax at this time.  This may change, depending on changing laws.

Returns:  If the product ordered is not satisfactory, just mail it back to us within 30 days of purchase.  The product MUST be mailed Return Receipt Requested and insured for the total amount charged on your credit card.  A Returned Merchandise fee is charged.

REFUND: 
We reserve the right to charge a Return Merchandise fee when you return a product to us.  The amount refunded to you will be the sum of your purchase price + any sales tax paid, less Shipping, Handling, and Return Merchandise fees.

You will receive an email from us when the order is mailed, if you have provided a valid email address during your original order, and the email from us is not blocked, deleted as spam or otherwise hindered by you or any third party.

CREDIT CARD RETURNS & IDENTITY FRAUD

Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly refund (usually within 45-60 days of the date we received the returned merchandise, your purchase price (not including S&H) as a credit to the original credit card  (ONLY - to help reduce credit card fraud) that was used to purchase the product. 

Also, per credit card provider regulations for online merchants, we ship only to the same address that your credit card is billed to.

SynComm Group, Inc. will gladly refund 50% of your original purchase price - to the original credit card used to purchase the product or by company check - within the Terms & Conditions of our Money back Guarantee in force at the time of your purchase, starting from the date of purchase (or actual date of mailing when the product is back-ordered).  We will promptly refund (usually within 45-60 business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise and all original packaging and contents) the original purchase price (as a credit on the original credit card used for the purchase, or a U.S. Postal Money Order or a company check if you paid with a certified check or money order drawn on a U.S bank or the U.S. Post Office.  We will NOT refund any Shipping & Handling fees.  A Return Merchandise fee may also be charged. All transactions must be in U.S. dollars.

SPECIFICALLY, BY USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE DETERMINED BEFOREHAND (EACH TIME THAT YOU USE THE PRODUCT) THAT YOUR NASAL BREATHING AND RESPIRATORY SYSTEM  IS FUNCTIONING ADEQUATELY FOR YOUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY AND SAFETY FOR YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS WE OFFER - EVERY TIME YOU USE THEM.  YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS IN THE EVENT:

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET PROPER MEDICAL ATTENTION:  SLEEP DISORDERS - INCLUDING SNORING - MAY RESULT IN DISTRESS, DAMAGE, INJURY, LOSS, OR DEATH.

SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DISTRESS, INJURY, LOSS, OR DEATH DUE TO ANY DIAGNOSED OR UNDIAGNOSED DISEASE OR DISORDER THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR BREATHING OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL RESULT THEREFROM.

SynComm Group, Inc may modify these Terms and Conditions, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you.
