It will help you discover any breathing problems you might have through your nose.  It only makes sense.  If you want to reduce or even stop your snoring, you're going to have to keep the mouth closed and breathe through your nose.  The norEnder hel;ps you do that very effectively.  BUT - you still have to be able to breathe properly through your nose.

People have asked us about using a CPAP with the SnorEnder.  Recently we have become aware of a side effect of CPAP usage called "oral venting."  Breathing out while wearing a CPAP mask  ("oral venting") can, in some cases, reduce the effectiveness of this medical treatment for sleep apnea.
