We urge you to learn for yourself about both acupressure and magnetic therapy, their present-day uses and controversial history.  This site is a good place to start, but there is a lot of information (and even more mis-information) available on magnetic therapy, acupressure and snoring on the Web.  All you need is a good search engine (such as Google, MSN or Yahoo!) and some well-spent time.  Learn.  Compare.  Think for yourself.  And then make up your own informed mind.  At the bottom of some of this site's pages, you will find a Google search bar for that purpose.

SnorEnder

The SnorEnder works because it combines proven bio-mechanic technologies with an innovative use of thin multipolar magnets located on a magnetic substrate (see the technical discussion here), in conjunction with subtle acupressure points (a companion research paper on the effects of acupressure on snoring can also be found on our web site) in the design of its breakthrough anti-snoring products. 

We designed it this way because we believe that this combination of physical mouth and jaw restraint, magnetic therapy and subtle acupressure may be of benefit in helping to reduce snoring in many, but not all, adults.  Our clinical studies conducted over a period of several years supports this approach.

Keep in mind that habitual non-apnea snoring is not generally categorized as a "disease," although sleep apnea is; and the FDA does not currently accept any magnetic therapy approaches as suitable for treating any disease.  Per U.S. Government requirements, the SnorEnder is offered for comfort only, and is not intended or appropriate for the treatment of sleep apnea or any disease.
